Service description

DX Lib Cache provides caching and delivery of publicly available libraries and static assets. The service is offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Acceptable use

You may use the service for legitimate development and production purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to overload or disrupt the service
• Use the service to distribute malware or illegal content
• Circumvent rate limits or access controls
• Misrepresent the origin of content served through the cache

Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced on the status page when possible.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DX Lib Cache and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
